1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on lv665 or by using any service at lv665.lat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the platform.

lv665 may update these terms at any time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of lv665 after an update means you accept the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must meet all of the following conditions to open and use an lv665 account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for another person.
• You have not previously had an lv665 account suspended or permanently closed.

Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. Registration requires a valid email address, phone number, and accurate personal details. False information will result in immediate account suspension.

3. Account Rules & Restrictions

Prohibited activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on lv665:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity.

Violations may result in suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

lv665 processes deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

All withdrawals must be sent to an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. lv665 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

First-time withdrawals may take up to 1 hour while verification is completed. Subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within 20 minutes once KYC is approved.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

lv665 offers various promotions including a 150% welcome bonus up to ৳25,000 on your first deposit, a 10% reload bonus, and a 0.8% daily cashback. Each promotion is subject to the specific terms published on the Bonus & VIP page.

General bonus rules

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses carry a 15× turnover requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity: Bonus funds and free spins expire 7 days after being credited unless stated otherwise.
• One bonus at a time: Only one promotion can be active on your account simultaneously.
• Minimum deposit to trigger: ৳500 unless a promotion specifies a higher amount.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have not previously made a withdrawal with a pending bonus.

lv665 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it detects bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on lv665 are provided by licensed software suppliers including FA Chai, Habanero, JILI, JDB, and Red Tiger. Each game operates under its own published rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. lv665 does not alter game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round, lv665 will attempt to reconstruct the round from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to your account balance.

Bets placed on events with incorrect odds due to a data or display error may be voided. lv665 will notify affected players and return stakes within 48 hours.

7. KYC & Verification

Before your first withdrawal, lv665 requires identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC). You must submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Driving Licence

Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach on your part, any verified balance remaining will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 working days. Balances linked to unmet bonus wagering requirements will not be returned.

11. Limitation of Liability
